Well, I guess I’m slacking a little bit on putting the new buttons in the right-side menu. However, I’m trying to create my own icons and categorize them according to what each of the programs do. This is going to take some time to get a nice, full, effective–and of course, pretty looking–list. If you have any recommendations, please just comment on this entry. Things to come will be the link to the FLV player, and probably some FOSS titles. 🙂

I was just perusing the internet and stumbled upon a couple really funny (but geeky) math problems. I guess it is really the solutions to the problems that make them funny. Initially, they may both seem quite ditsy, but really both of the solutions show a perspective on each problem that I had never noticed or realized. Personally, I think I like the latter one better because it has to do with language deficits. The professor should have requested the appropriate value of x instead of just asking to “find x.” Further proof that slight semantic inaccuracies can make all the difference!

Well, I have tried again on the icons, and I think this time they are finally done. Well, the new ones are already on the right-side menu, and here are the old ones:
The old ones didn’t have any theme, and they were different in quirky little ways, so I believe that these one are vastly improved. What do all of you think?
