Homework and the like

Today I had the incredibly far-fetched goal of completing all the assignments that I have due within the next three weeks. This was an outlandish aspiration considering it is nearing the end of the term, and I, consequently, have a vast amount of large projects to finish (or start, depending on the class). While I’ve started all of my Psychology projects, I haven’t quite gotten around to my Educational ones. That is to say, I haven’t gotten nearly enough done on them.

However, despite falling miserably short of my goal, I did get a surprisingly large amount of homework done. I also found out that I’m becoming quite efficient in writing observational analyses–essentially an overglorified term for an underglorified case-study. I found that the writing should be less formal than it has been, and since applying that new understanding, I have found them significantly easier to craft. I also completed a couple other assignments for my Education courses, including reading several chapters and handouts, a short paper, and even starting an observational report, tutoring write-up, and a content-reflection paper.

Non-academically speaking, I continued my exercise routine, and worked on repairing an ill computer. To me, the synthesis of all those things legitimises ticking this day as “successful” in the good ol’ OpenOffice spreadsheet of life. 🙂
